4R's Press Release

4R's is birthed out of a single question Apostle Powell presented to God: why are Christians not being healed, delivered, and set free from sin, and other forms of affliction? Through his experience, as a street pastor in a ministry that served the poor and homeless , Apostle Powell found that the supernatural manifestation of God is absent from most churches. Through prayer, fasting, and experience, God answered his question through revelation. 4R's will bless all that read it, whether they be a non-Christian, new Christian, or an experienced Christian. The 4R's Revival, Repentance, Relationship and Restoration are principles that can and will improve your life. The 4R's are beneficial in all aspects of life. The 4R's is based on the Holy Bible and principles of the Kingdom of Heaven.

With the gifts and power that God has given us in the church, there is no reason that we should be in lack or want. Effective ministry should change people and circumstances. We should not keep going through the same church as usual and coming up with less than kingdom like results. God is a supernatural God full of miracles signs and wonders and those miracles signs and wonders should manifest in our lives.

Apostle Powell is a firm believer in the Grace of Jesus Christ as the foundation of our beliefs as Christians. "we are all sinners saved by grace, that is the gospel." Apostle Powell was called into the ministry in 1994 after a supernatural encounter with God. "I knew it was God speaking, I still didn't know what to do, so I ran from my calling. It took me years to finally accept the fact that God would use a wretched sinner like me to serve Him."

Apostle Powell is originally from Detroit, Michigan and has been in ministry since 1995. He is the Executive Director of United Urban Ministries, Inc. A 501c3 non-profit that facilitates services for the homeless. He is pastor of Judson Powell Ministries a non-denominational ministry teaching salvation, deliverance and healing through the Holy Ghost and the grace of Jesus Christ. He is a graduate of Hampton University and the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. He is currently a candidate for a doctorate in ministry. Apostle Powell, worked as a gospel radio announcer and program director for 6 years after a 21 year career in secular radio and television. "I listened to gospel music and ministry programs 10 to 14 hours a day. It is difficult to hear the gospel that much and not have it touch your soul."
